How do I link my COD payment method?
In Shopify Admin, go to Settings → Payments and add a manual payment named “Cash on Delivery”. In the Codify app, enter the payment handle from checkout (inspect network requests if unsure) and save.
Why isn't the fee showing at checkout?
Confirm the app is enabled, both extensions are deployed, the cart transform is active, and the correct payment handle is configured. Try saving settings again to re-sync metafields.
The fee stays after switching payment methods
This usually means the checkout extension isn't clearing the cart attribute. Re-deploy extensions with shopify app deploy and verify the latest version is active on your store.
Does Codify store customer data?
No. Only shop configuration and OAuth session data are stored. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I uninstall?
Remove the app from Shopify Admin → Apps. Your session and configuration data will be deleted per our GDPR webhooks.
